A disgraced soldier. A jinn who would still follow him anywhere. And wishes neither of them can take back.
Turning a soldier under his command into a powerful jinn was never part of Hadi’s military strategy. When that man is also your ex-boyfriend, suddenly planning the war effort is a welcome relief.
After refusing to return Autar’s magical lamp to the cave of wonders, Hadi is exiled from the kingdom and must figure out a new life for himself. One that’s dangerously tempting now that spoken desires become spellbound commands Autar must follow.
The plan was to sever the ties of their magical binding, but Hadi can’t bring himself to wish for Autar to leave. And for a man who has already spent years under Hadi’s leadership, Autar longs for his own wishes with this second chance at life and love. Can these two reconcile their broken relationship and build a whole new world together?
