About the Author: Chef Jet Tila is a nationally-known chef and media personality. He is the executive chef of two Thai restaurants-The Charleston and Pakpao Thai. He's competed on Iron Chef America, he has appeared on Chopped and The Best Thing I Ever Ate, and he is currently a judge on Cutthroat Kitchen. He has a devoted following through his website (chefjet.com) and social media, with over 118k followers on Facebook. He lives with his wife in Los Angeles, California.
