What if falling asleep was only the beginning?
Every night, you reach the edge of a state most people pass through without ever learning how to explore it consciously.
Your body becomes still. The outside world begins to disappear. Your sense of weight, movement, location, and even reality can start to change.
What happens if you learn how to stay aware when it does?
100+ Secret Astral Projection Techniques to Shift Your Reality is an immersive collection of 100+ detailed astral projection techniques, out-of-body experience methods, astral travel exercises, altered-state practices, and consciousness exploration techniques designed to take you far beyond the same handful of methods repeated everywhere else.
Inside, explore techniques involving:
• the mind-awake, body-asleep state
• the famous rope technique
• vibration-stage techniques
• floating, rolling, rotation, and phantom movement
• sleep paralysis transitions
• hypnagogic imagery and internal sound
• out-of-body experience induction
• dream-to-projection techniques
• astral body and body-of-light visualization
• energy-body practices
• destination targeting
• portals, tunnels, doorways, and vortex transitions
• false awakenings and lucid dreaming
• recurring astral environments
• reality shifting and alternate realities
• sensory amplification
• consciousness and self-location experiments
• re-entry and interrupted-experience techniques
• memory experiments and reality tests
• symbolic guides, libraries, observatories, and unexplored worlds
• a complete astral projection protocol that brings the methods together
Whether you have been fascinated by astral projection, astral travel, out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming, consciousness, meditation, energy work, altered states, reality shifting, dream exploration, or the mysteries of the mind, this book make a great gift and gives you an entire library of techniques to experiment with rather than a single method to repeat endlessly.
Some people respond to visualization. Others discover that imagined movement, touch, internal sound, sleep transitions, dream awareness, meditation, or simple changes in attention produce far more powerful experiences. With 100+ different approaches, you can explore the methods that fit the way your own mind enters extraordinary states.
Learn how to create recurring environments, move beyond ordinary body boundaries, shift your apparent viewpoint, explore unfamiliar worlds, transform your experienced body, change the rules of an environment, return to unfinished journeys, carry memories between states, and build a personalized practice from the techniques that work best for you.
This is the kind of book you can open again and again, choose a new experiment, and discover an entirely different way of approaching the edge between waking and sleep.
Tonight, you are going to close your eyes anyway. The question is where you might find yourself when you do.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
