Paperback. Do you feel scared about flying? Or is it just an uncomfortable situation for you? Do you get off a plane with swollen legs or a heartburn? Well, if that's the case, this book is for you. This encouraging air-passenger guide reveals all you need to know about air travel and will explain all the necessary thing you should do or avoid before flights and in the airplane and will help you feel calm and safe and your next flight will be serene and pleasant.Physiological adaptation is lagging after the rapid change in gravity and changes in air density in an airplane, causing some changes in our body's response to this new environment. Feeling good in the skies is all about how we adopt to this new situation. The book discusses the reasons for those changes, causing us to feel sick and how to avoid them. From fear of flying to earache, abdominal bloating and swollen legs. Some other, more serious health events may arise in people already having health issues, and will also be considered. The book present thoughtful advice based on current scientific knowledge and yet simple to implement by yourself that will lead you to conclude that flying is overall a positive experience. From choosing the right seat for you to what to eat or drink before and during the flight. Those small pieces of information make a bigger picture and will make your flight a success for you.Think of what is waiting to you after landing, the vacation you're going to or meeting with your dear ones you've been waiting so long to see. Reading this book you'll have some great ideas about how to get off the aircraft, relaxed and excited to explore unknown places and people. This item is printed on demand.
