Front and rear board, also two first pages are detached from the spiral binding at edges. Trace of moisture to the top and spine edge of the boards, which minorly evident on first few pages and gradually fades to the next pages. Frayed and creased cover corners, also creases across corners of few first and last pages. Back cover shows some wear to the extremities and light soiling. Internally is clean and fine (please see images). In this color portfolio created in 1930s by Czech architect Karel Veprek presented 16 ideas of room's furniture design combining credenzas, armoires and beds, as all-in-one units. Here author succeeded in merging the latest modern trends with classical elements. 16 color plates illustrate these distinctive interior design ideas. 24 pages of construction drawings provide to-scale versions of archiect s concepts.
