Published by [ENGLISH: - - - The foremost example of Art Nouveau books in Sweden. Stockholm 1903. 21,6 x 17 cms. [100] pp. Printed in colours. No 8 of 500 numbered copies, with unsigned inscription by the author to a miss Lotten Björkman on behalf of himself and the publisher. Original pictorial vellum, covers slighthly warped as usual, very fine. Bookplate of Elisabeth Silfverhjelm. First and only edition, printed as a colour facsimile of the author's calligraphic manuscript. Arthur Sjögren (1874-1951) was perhaps the foremost Swedish book artist of the early 20th century. He is well-known for his designs for several of Strindberg's late books, but also contributed a large number of wrapper designs and illustrations for other writers, as well as numero, 1951

Gott skick. Exlibris för Elisabeth Silfverhjelm. Stockholm, AB Ljus förlag / Centraltryckeriet, 1903. 21,6 x 17 cm. [100] sid. Tryckt i flera färger.
