Loosely inserted is a Typed Letter Signed by David Marr and dated 26 March 1992: about 450 words discussing, among other things, the reception of this book, a putative documentary on White's life, a TV interview Björkstén conducted with White, and other TV appearances.Letter: folded twice; very good.
