Small bookseller ticket to pasdeown, contents clean, no inscriptions, some spotting to edges of text block, jacket frayed at crown (taped to reverse) with some soiling to rear panel. Very good. The story had been half-written by "Q" [Quiller-Couch] and put aside. After his death in 1944 this tragic and fateful love story was developed and finished by Du Maurier.
