No Binding. Condition: Very Good. Arthur Moreland was a British political cartoonist who retired to concentrate on other avenues for art, included among which were his two books on Charles Dickens, and a number of postcards based on the Pickwick papers. This postcard was never mailed, and is in excellent condition.
