Edited by M C M Simpson and including a sketch of the revolution of 1848. Brown cloth hard covers with minimal cover wear confined to spine ends, and gilt titles on spines. There are xxiv, 352 and xvi, 301 pages. Inside each front cover there is a book plate - Presented to Bath Public Reference Library (probably in 1915) by Alfred Jones (Mayor of Bath), who has also inscribed both books, but there are none of the usual lending library stamps. Published in 1871 these two 2nd edition volumes are in very good condition. Seller Inventory # 003258
