Jenni Fleetwood is the author of a number of cookbooks and is also an established food editor. She first visited Latin America in the 1970s and returned with an abiding love of the continent, its people and cuisine. Jenni has written and edited several books on Latin American cooking. Marina Filippelli is a Brazilian who has lived most of her life in Rome and London. After obtaining a diploma at the Leith's School of Food and Wine, she worked in a fashionable London restaurant before launching her career as a food writer and stylist. Her recipes have appeared in many British magazines.
