She really hit home when she got to "Jiggle the Thingie and Keep on Cranking (Spending Time in Papa God's Waiting Room." Her thoughts are targeted and her insights are full of pithy quotes that can stop readers in their tracks, such as saying women need to "give our constipated calendars an activities enema." Or that some folks have the "guilt-you gift." My personal favorite? "The Holy Spirit is a dove, not a woodpecker." Coty has a way with words. I mean, have you ever measured yourself on the grumplitude barometer? And, "Forgiveness is like losing weight." (You've got to read the book.) She is great at wrapping nuggets of truth in the gift-wrap of humor.
