The Clock is a book of fiction which takes the reader on an amazing journey from a comfortable middle-class dinner party to a terrifying encounter with the emissaries of Hell itself. The party is in full swing when the clock strikes the hour, revealing a time portal through which the guests are transported to experience incredible and disturbing events from the past. This sets off a chain reaction which sees Ray having to cope with ghostly intervention whilst trying to unravel the mystery. Then he meets Jacob who uses extraordinary powers to take Ray on a terrifying journey, culminating in a titanic battle against the powers of darkness. In completing Jacob's mission, Ray comes to realise his own true destiny.
