Así, no va á ser el crítico el que escriba cuatro mal trazados renglones acerca de la última obra de un escritor, ya conocido de antiguo por todos los amantes del saber: co mo me unen con el Sr. Rodríguez Marín la zos indisolubles de amistad; como nos cono cemos desde nuestra infancia literaria, él me ha hecho el inmerecido honor de que de lante de las primeras poesías de su libro Flo resyfrutos, con la espontaneidad del compa nero leal, exponga el concepto que aquél me merece: pudo elegir ciertamente mi muy es timado colega quien con más acierto, quien con criterio más seguro juzgase los frutos y las flores de su ingenio; pero quizás, al acor darse de mi humilde personalidad, tuvo en cuenta que ninguno habría de llevar a cabo tan difícil cometido con el cariño, con el afee to fraternal con que hoy emborrono estas pá ginas y con el que en toda ocasión traté al ilustre literato ursaonense, orgullo de la re gión andaluza.
Un libro del Sr. Rodríguez Marín no ne cesita prólogo, y de él no ha menester quien lleva siempre por heraldo de su fama un nombre purificado en el crisol del trabajo y un crédito envidiable conquistado a fuerza de vigilias y de estudios: no lo necesita quien.
