"This book brings together the three key elements of tourism development – impacts, planning and management. In an easy-to-read style the book presents students with key learning objectives and activities supplemented with a range of international case studies. It should be an essential text for students in a range of tourism related subjects as its core strength is its practical application of many aspects of tourism including education, regulation, information technology and sustainability." - Professor Ross Dowling OAM, Edith Cowan University, Australia
