About the Author:

Torquil MacLeod was an advertising copywriter for 36 years. Born in Edinburgh, he now lives in Cumbria with his wife, Susan. He came up with the idea for his Malmö detective, Inspector Anita Sundström, after visiting the elder of his two sons in southern Sweden and befriending two police detectives (both of whom worked out of the Ystad police station!). MURDER IN MALMO, MISSING IN MALMO, MIDNIGHT IN MALMO and MENACE IN MALMO are the second, third, fourth and fifth Anita Sundström crime novels. The five titles are being published in original paperback by McNidder & Grace and are also available in audio from Tantor Media. Torquil is currently working on MALICE IN MALMO, the sixth Anita Sundström mystery.
