Synopsis
This is a revised edition of Revision for History: GCSE Modern World History, which has been updated to meet all the core requirements of OCR's 2003 Modern World History specification.
It follows the format and style of the first edition, with the same user-friendly style that can improve students' exam grades. It selects the content that forms the basis for the most popular OCR exam questions and presents this content in a way that makes it easy to revise. Each chapter includes analysis of past OCR exam questions, explains what examiners are looking for in students' answers and helps readers direct their revision accordingly.
The text also helps students plan their revision to avoid last-minute panics and encourages active revision with engaging and carefully structured in-built revision tasks.
