Chapman 1900-1997 Born in Weedon, North Hamptonshire; educated at Bablake School, Coventry; and trained for 9 years in the toolroom, drawing office and production shops at the Diamler Co. Ltd, Coventry; and a following 4 years as designer of tools and special machines at Coventry Chain Co. Ltd.
