Lynn Barber worked at Penthouse magazine for seven years and then at the Sunday Express, Independent on Sunday, Vanity Fair, Daily Telegraph, and now at the Observer. She has won 5 British Press Awards and a What the Papers Say Award. Previous booksinclude HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR MAN IN BED, THE SINGLE WOMAN'S SEX BOOK and THE HEYDAY OF NATURAL HISTORY. A previous collection of her interviews, MOSTLY MEN, was published by Viking in 1991. She lives in North London.
