356p. INSCRIBED BY CARDINAL CUSHING. A hardcover book in very good condition with a like dustjacket. The binding is cockeyed, but still tight. Corners and tips of spine are lightly rubbed, and there is faint foxing on the top edge. Patchy tanning on the endpapers; otherwise clean. The jacket has a few small worn spots along the edges, but is essentially intact. A biography of Richard James Cushing (1895-1970), an American cardinal and Archbishop of Boston. This copy is inscribed and signed by Cardinal Cushing on the front free endpaper. Illustrated with a lengthy section of black and white photographs. Seller Inventory # 189497
