A letter by Lovat Dickson responding in detail to a request for manuscript material. Writing on 'Apartment 808. Toronto' headed notepaper he explains that he has nothing to spare because all published manuscripts go to 'the Canadian archives, but 'You encourage me now to save something' and the author promises to send an item, possibly from his 'reminiscences' which are currently being written. The letter which is phrased in the most charming terms is typed and signed in turquoise ink. It is accompanied by the original Airmail letter.
