About this Item
Octavo, three quarter vellum and blue boards lettered in gilt; with a touch of soiling. First edition, first printing. One of 100 numbered copies, printed on special paper, signed by Guggenheim and the publisher. Author's Autograph Edition, profusely illustrated. A presentation copy, inscribed: "To my friend Philip C. Jessup, with the compliments of Harry F. Guggenheim, August 1930," on the front endpaper.
