Tipped in portrait of author verso of title page, signed by the author (Sarah Conigrave) below image, presentation inscription from Isla Nott (dedicatee of this book) on front paste-down. Very good condition. Scarce signed copy by the author. First published in 1916. Includes life in Goolwa and Hindmarsh Island with notes on local Aboriginals. Seller Inventory # 102364
