Hardcover in jacket. Signed and inscribed by author on front endpaper: "To Moira Whalon with best wishes, Vincent Massey." Moira Whalon was Robertson Davies' assistant, also during his time at Massey College. Laid in are Christmas greeting cards from 1963-1967 signed by Vincent Massey, as well as an August 1965 cover letter to Miss Whalon from the author. Moderate handling and toning to book; jacket is toned and edge-worn (now in archival mylar sheets). Very neat--a sound and handsome copy. An interesting ensemblage--the 1963 Christmas greeting card features the author and Robertson Davies in front of Massey College. Size: 8vo - over 7ž - 9ž" tall. Seller Inventory # 79171h
