One page typed letter, signed by Karl Menninger in what appears to be green marker. 8 1/2" x 11" sheet paper on The Menninger Foundation letterhead. Paper has two light horizontal creases. Also lightly creased at corners. Dated May 23, 1979, the letter reads as follows: "Dear [Doctor]: Since I didn't see you in Chicago last week, I will look for you here in Topeka in August.
