Book is as new, shows no evidence of ever having been read. "Happy Birthday" inscription in ink in longhand on FFEP. Residue of scotch tape where apparently a small card has been attached on blank page between FFEP and TP. Visible but almost insignificant. # 60 of 250 copies. Simulated leather spine with lettering in gilt. See our photos. No library markings or pockets of any kind. 11 illustrations by Bryan Forsyth. Folding map. 319 pages + synopsis of her books. Perfect but for the tape residue and gift inscription. Limited edition was "Produced by James F. Carr In Associatioin with Hastings House." Spine stamped in gilt at bottom "Limited edition.".
