All that remains of the original glassine dust jacket is the rear panel which remains with the book. The book is contained in a very good light green paper covered slip case. Signed on the limitation page by the author. Delivery within the US: $10.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $4.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Canadian or Overseas Deliveries will be at cost. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping cost are required.
