other than tanning and a few soiled spots on a couple of pages the contents is in very good condition, the boards have some issues, page edges are soiled and tanning, the book is done into english by robert levy, the first page has H. Heine written at the top and a full page inscription follows and it is signed by Robert Levy, the page is cracked and open slightly along the hinge of the tile page showing the webbing, but book is well intact, the boards are heavily soiled and have rubbing, corners have heavy bumping and rubbing with fraying, spine wraps around front and back about and inch before the cloth starts and it has been coated with what looks like some epoxy, the hinge on the outside along the front spine is cracked at top and bottom, Seller Inventory # 012820
