About this Item

Brown boards are a little discoloured, and contain scuff marks and other marks. Spine is worn, especially at head and tail. Edges of boards are rubbed. Page edges are foxed and discoloured. Book is on lean. Front endpapers and half title page are foxed. Pages are browned, and discoloured towards edges due to age. Pen mark on top right corner of front free endpaper. Inverse of front free endpaper is inscribed in blue ink, but crossed out in black marker. A slip of paper with "Good wishes, Yours faithfully," is pasted onto the half-title page below the title, and is signed by the author.
