Loosely inserted in the folder is a sheet of stiff paper containing the engraving by DePol, with his signature in pencil below the image, and the title also in pencil. Also loosely inserted is a photocopy of a newspaper article by DePol about his boyhood connection with Saint Luke in the Fields, illustrated by a photo of DePol and his family taken about 1920 and so identified in red ink and initialed by DePol.
