Privately printed as a Christmas Greeting. First edition thus. 12mo (6" x 4 1/2"). Tipped-in frontispiece portrait of Zane Grey holding a fresh catch and his fishing rod and reel. Text vignettes by Bessie Bethal Crank. Original stiff tan wrappers, upper cover with "Christmas Greetings" and candle design printed in red and green, green silk cord tie. Very good-fine. 22 pages. Rare. Signed by Zane Grey in his signature purple ink below tipped-in halftone photograph of Grey holding a fresh catch and his fishing rod and reel on the page before title page.
