Printed in an edition of 500 copies of which numbers 1 to 25 comprise a "de luxe" edition bound in leather and signed by the author this being # 19. Publisher's brown leather lettered in gilt to the spine. With the bookplate of frank Koval to the front paste-down. Additionally inscribed by the Author to the front free end-paper: "To Frank Koval/ good friend and fellow/ magical historian/ With warmest regards/ Edwin A. Dawes/ 26 February 1984/ Blackpool".
