In about Very Good condition. Binding and spine tight and solid. Covers show light edge wear and foredge shows a very light mottling. Top edge is gilded. Charles Wuichet was the president of the board of education in Dayton, as well as a part of a pioneer family (1846-1927). Paypal always welcome.
