157 pp., frontis. A tight, clean near fine copy in a protective Mylar cover. The author passed away soon after this manuscript was completed in 1938. His wife Eva printed the manuscript, as he left it, in 1953. SIGNED BY EVA M. CANNON and briefly inscribed. It contains interesting accounts of western expansion told to the author, during his life, from interviews he conducted with many of the old-timers who participated in the great westward expansion.
