Please note that our rating on AbeBooks is totally arbitrary: we have not had a single return in the last 30 years and made all of our customers very happy. However, if we do not sell a book in six months our rating goes down. This is an AbeBooks idiocy that we have addressed many times, but to no avail. Just be assured that if you do not like an item you bought from us, we will always compensate you in full. So far this has not ever happened.
