small 8vo. First edition. Blue cloth, a little faded at some margins. Illustrated with both b/w and color photos. The spine is a little soiled at each end of the spine. There is a damp stain on the top edge near the spine, and this appears in small areas on both the front and rear paste downs. A similar, but small, stain appears on the bottom edge near the spine, without affecting the end-papers.
