About this Item
E.P. Dutton & Company, 249 pgs., VG condition. Stated first edition. Bright orange boards in keeping with the "Gringo Gold" motif have title and author in black on front and spine. Boards are slightly bowed but have been well protected over the years by the dust jacket. Corners are still fairly sharp with minimal rubbing to corners and edges. Binding is still sound with a slight lean and some crimping of cloth at head and toe of spine. Pages are complete, intact, unmarked and still bright with the signature of previous owner on FEP, dated year of publication. There is a lightly penciled note on the inside back board. Dust jacket is VG. The original art is still bright and colorful. The clipped jacket shows a price of $2.00. There are some small tears at head and toe of spine and some wear at top corners . It appears that the author may have signed his name on the back of the dust jacket. DNSDJ202008058. Seller Inventory # 000058
