Moriyama's photographs in a wonderfully large format. This copy had been inscribed to fellow photographer Yoshiichi Hara (1948-2019), most well known for his photographs of Japanese strippers. Japanese photographers would sometimes send each other copies of their new books as a sign of respect in the year of publication, and that is almost certainly the case with this copy. Moriyama's large scale photographs with the wonderful provenance of Yoshichi Hara's library, in the year of publication. Doesn't get much better… Condition: One flattened crease to cover, does not affect inner pages. otherwise, near fine with minor wear. Seller Inventory # ABE-1696804716581
