About this Item
Uncommon self published title about one man's residential school experience, signed by Armelia Mecredi to front fly "on behalf of JGM". Armelia has copyright to the design of the book according to the copyright page. The rear flap suggests that JGM died before the books were printed. A cursory glance suggests that JGM did not have quite the same harrowing experience as many other indigenous peoples, though this title may still have valuable information on the Residential School as an institution in the northern territories of Canada. Small oblong quarto, black cloth, 102 pages printed on photopaper, pictorial jacket. Satisfaction guaranteed. Additional photos always available on request. Shipped in a fitted, padded box.
