A 9" x 12" book of sheet music in 32 pages. Contains songs written by Woody Guthrie, Dave Guard, Terry Gilkyson, Lee Hays, and Louis Gottlieb. Guthrie's contribution is the song, "Hard, Ain't it Hard." Hays, meanwhile, has the tune, "The Wreck of the 'John B.'" This piece was quite a hit, as may be recalled, for the Beach Boys, but as simply, "Sloop John B."
