About the Author:

Armine Khachikian was born in Armenia and moved to the United States at the age of 5. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Northridge. When her daughter Milana was born, she was inspired to document every minute of every day. As Milana grew older, she witnessed something special between her and their dog, Bucho. Her inspiration only grew from that moment. After many years of documenting the relationship and special moments between the two, she decided to share their stories. She believed that by creating a non-fiction series, children would be able to connect with Milana and the love between her and her dog.
