About Scott Ohlgren Scott Ohlgren is an enthusiastic student, teacher, beneficiary, and author of the natural healing paradigm. Raised in Wisconsin, where Spam and Velveeta cheese were considered part of the four Food Groups, his introduction to the diet-symptom, diet-health connection came just in time. At age 19, tired of acne, sinus problems and tetracycline, a friend shoved a book into his hands, saying, “Change your diet, and those symptoms will go away.” Five weeks later, these symptoms were gone.
