Dale and Darcy Cahill are freelance writers who own a ski bar, and favor the outdoors where they like to mountain bike, ski, and garden. They are frequent contributors to Bluegrass Unlimited and spend much of their time playing music.

Darcy Cahill has been a teacher, school counselor, reporter, and sheep dog breeder. She is a mother and grandmother. She plays fiddle and owns a ski bar with her husband.
