About this Item
An unusual item. 100 original b&w photographs (each measuring approx. 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches) tipped into a photo album secured by stout screws. The photographs, nicely composed and printed, and in Fine condition, appear to be taken around the Yorkshire region and adjacent areas. Some of the recognized locations: Robin Hood's Bay, North Yorkshire, the Laurel Inn; views of the harbor of Scarborough, and possibly town views; the Knaresborough Viaduct; the "Bridge of Sighs" in Cambridge. These photos include many landscapes and portraits of buildings, including many churches, cathedrals, bridges, old alleyways, etc. The binding of the item, an old photo album, is Poor shape, the spine being repaired by former owner with brown duct tape.
