12 page legal agreement or indenture between Sir Nicholas Wolstenholme Bart. and Robert Nightingale regarding payments for property. Wolstenholme was a land-owner in Middlesex, perennially in debt to the extent of once being imprisoned in Fleet prison. He sold his land in order to settle debts. The indenture is hand-written in a fine hand. The document is dated 23 March 1718, and is a copy of an original document from 1714. Wolstenholme died in 1717. A decorative interesting document which could be displayed page by page. Seller Inventory # 019953
