Miller writes to refuse an offer for a production of The Hook on the grounds that "the script is unsatisfactory" to him. Original document with accompanying envelope, one page, typed on w 7.25" x h 10.5" paper. Very good. Lightly age-toned and creased with minor wear from handling.
