Titelcartouche boven; uitgeversimpressum in cartouche met ijsbeer, rendieren en rendierjagers rechts onder. Vier kompasrozen in het centrum van de kaart en drie kompasrozen op de Noordpoolcirkel. Rugzijde blank.Oudtijds gekleurde kopergravure, uitgegeven te Amsterdam omstreeks 1698 door Gerard Valk en Pieter Schenk.
