Detailed city map of Berlin. With very detailed legend on both sides of the map and below the image. Title at the top right of the map, as well as above the map, with the publisher's imprint. The text around the map is printed in red ink. Backside blank. A fold on the left half of the sheet at the top. The map was provided as a free supplement to the "Burg'schen Volkaskalender" in 1839. Hand-coloured lithograph, printed and published in 1839 in Berlin by the "Otto'schen Buch- und Kunsthandlung". Scarce piece. Dimensions (image): 26 x 39 cm. Seller Inventory # ABE-1636479414235
