_____Single sheet, 12 x 21", printed on both sides and folded to 12 panels. _____ The exterior is text in black and red from the O.W. Kerr Co of Minneapolis._____ It touts the agricultural successes of the Bitter Root Valley in general and the Charlos area in particular. _____ The interior is entirely a black & white "Northern Pacific / Map of Montana / Showing Lines of the / Northern Pacific Railway / Present and Proposed." The Bitter Root Valley south of Missoula is bordered in red and the Charlos Orchards site is in solid red._____ . _____ Tipped to the map at the upper left corner is a separate sheet (12 x 11") from the Kerr Company._____ It details the progress of apple orchards in the area since 1882 and opines that it can only get better._____ Since Kerr is also selling developed and raw land at Charlos their impartiality should be taken with some salt. _____ The map is copyrighted 1908, but the appended sheet boasts about the 1911 apple crop. _____ Both sheets have archival repairs to the folds._____ The map's are on the text side, the addendum to the blank rear. _____ Not in WorldCat (11/21). _____.
