27 x 17" map printed both sides that folds to about the size of a business envelope: one side is a map of "Berkeley Albany and Vicinity", the other side has 39 black and white photos (most with captions), which show important landmarks and buildings, and various pieces of narrative and other kinds of information. The map, which has a street index, shows parks Motor Coach Lines, San Francisco Electric Train Lines, Main Line Trains, Schools and the like. Just touches of wear to extremities, tiny separation just starting a couple of folds, outer panel fold slightly rubbed and a bit darkened, nine blue pencil numbers written on the map (marking tour stops?), else near fine to fine with no other markings. Date determined from the contents which shows most autos from the mid to late 1940s. A rare piece of Berkeley Albany ephemera!. Seller Inventory # 009483
